  • In person meeting to envision and measure your yard to start drawings.
  • 2D custom pool design with 2 revisions included. (3D design is additional $350)
  • Construction calculations, plumbing and all building specifications for your pool.
  • Standard engineering included for your pool. We will pull them for you. (specialized engineering is additional)
  • Once we get your engineering we will submit to the city in which you live for your permit. We will do the work for you (includes application)
  • List of Subcontractors with at least 3 per trade. We’ll submit to the ones we recommend.
  • Detailed list of the order of the build for each phase construction checklist.
  • Equipment wholesale list on all equipment. We’ll design this with you to decide what you want and purchase this for you at our wholesale cost. (We show you our costs direct with receipts). Delivered to your house.

Premium

  • Basic Package included.
  • Job site visit at excavation to ensure correctness
  • Job site visit before shotcrete to ensure plumbing, steel and electric are correct.
  • Job site visit before interior to inspect decking and tile to ensure you’re ready for water.
  • Email and text support with a 2 day turn around.
  • 3D pool drawing.
  • Provide quotes for you on each phase from my preferred contractors.

Deluxe

  • Basic & Premium Packages included.
  • Scheduling inspections for you.
  • Backyard planning ( Ramada’s, fireplaces, Benches, sport courts, BBQ’S)
  • 5 Visits to your home at any time during the build to answer questions or check the process.
  • PDF plans
  • Video clips for phases to do yourself
  • Monsoon recommendation tips and what to do.
  • Expect recommendations
  • One change to plan if any changes arise during the build.
  • Solve same day issues by phone call.
  • Pre-site meeting after the layout and before the dig.
