What does Cost Plus Pool charge?
A flat service fee that depends on the package you choose, from $2,895 to $3,895. Equipment is passed to you at wholesale cost, and we show you our costs with receipts. See the Packages page for everything included.
Do you handle permits and engineering?
Yes. Standard engineering is included and we pull it for you, then we submit your application to your city. Specialized engineering is extra.
Who builds the pool?
You choose. We give you a list of dependable subcontractors, at least 3 per trade, and can provide quotes from our preferred contractors.
